I gained too much extra pound due to excessive happy hour with my colleagues after work. There is 1 week, we went up to 3 times a week! Oh no, either i cut down my ice cold beer or i have to change my drinking method.

I have to keep chewing on something to prevent myself from getting drunk, bad method :(

Double Boiled Herbal Chicken Soup

First meal with Thermos cooker, double boiled herbal chicken soup. :) Followed my colleague's instruction to heat till boil at night, keep in thermal flask for the slow cooking to take place. Reheat it till boil in the morning, then keep in slow thermal flask again and dinner will be ready by the time we reach home!  

This is the picture the husband took to "whatsap" me when i was away for Faith bday celebration. Anyway the soup taste like those mum used to boil us, result of slow cooking it over thermal flask over hours is simply shiokness and power saving!! The meat is still so tender and juicy, the soup is so rich filled with essenes from the herbs and chicken bones ( i am an old fashion girl who believe Chinese soup is only nice only when we boil it with bones).

She commented in her facebook saying what is birthday without icb and fellow friends.. Thanks for the BRIGHT birthday :) Ha... honest speaking bright birthday is not too bad as well, at least people cant count the number of candles you have on the cakes in the photo! hor?! hehe

Watched Harry Potter with baby bro, milo (his gf) and bunch of Inho's colleague with the tickets given by thier supplier Singtel ^^ There is even lunch reception, pretty nice huh..

HP 7.1 was very nice, very exciting and not bloody (coz it's a family movie)!! Part 2 out soon please.. dont let us wait another 2 year or so...

 After much persuasion and disappointment from our tingkat menu, i bought the thermal slow cooking ware. It's a mini size for 1-2pax, just right for two of us. Sick of eating out, sick of eating the same thing.

Most importantly my dear Isetan is having a generous 40% discount on them.. I will start with the easiest ABC soup next week :) 

A Day Out with my RedTeam

Lunch at Paradise dynasty at ION. Our dearest friend mistakenly ordered 100pc of xiao long bao, luckily the chef ran out of the kitchen to confirm the order with her. So embarrassing!

A healthier edition of 紅油抄手 Dumpling in hot pepper oil as they reduce the amount of red chili oil. I like this :)

Bought a pair of Schu under 50% discount, paid $29.90 after the price cut

I am a green freak and love that distinctive shades of green. No to mention the white lining across are pop-up 3d!! Adorable :)

One thing to mention, ZARA autumn series is awesome chio! have anyone been there yet!?

We ordered their set meal for 2 consisting of BBQ chicken and beef and kimchi soup. On top of that, we added one more seafood pancake. Our ladies request the chef to BBQ for us thus our BBQ chicken arrived in hot plate..

Crabtree & Evelyn

Went with colleague to Crabtree & Evelyn during lunch today for their Christmas sale, store-wide 30% off.

Time for high tea with Crabtree, $28 after discount (up $40)! Expensive right? but my colleague and the other shoppers are grabbing them for Christmas gift, so i bought a set to try.

Their cookie is delectable, not disappointing for it's sky high price.

Very smooth English breakfast is Love...

F21 Nerd

My F21 Spree goods came within 2 weeks! Most of my item went OOS, hope the next time there will be more items when we check out. Paid $24 for these 2 items, my licensed tweedy nerd tee and a pair of grey opaque tights..

Shirley's boot at 30 USD! She made us so green, she also got a super wu hua padded Autumn/winter jacket at 20USD!

 I won like 60bucks of food vouchers of the cateria in my office by clicking LIKE in Insing facebook page :) Since the voucher has an expiry date, i am the santa claus for tea break and lunch for the past 2 days..

 Oyster from somewhere i dont remember, was it NZ? Ben bought a dozen to treat!! Oyster for lunch, i never splurge on that before. $3.50 each..
